Our commitment to supporting our customers
In light of the rapidly changing situation around the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we have implemented proactive precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our employees, suppliers, customers and contractors.
As of last week, wherever possible office staff have been working from home and meetings held remotely. Our sites remain open and we have implemented strict standards of hygiene for all people on site. Drivers and contractors are advised to stay in their cabs as much as possible, and hand sanitisers are available in all public areas.
We want to reassure our customers that we continue to be able to provide our full range of services. Our operational flexibility and contingency planning ensures we will be able to keep our vessels crewed, our trucks fully manned, and our customer services desks open as usual throughout these uncertain times.
Our phone lines remain open as usual, and home working staff, are able to pick up as if they were on site. Overnight our lines are answered by duty managers as usual.
We remain committed to maintaining our standards of customer service by providing flexible and responsive solutions to whatever logistical or marine requirements you may have.
